David Evans and Associates

Kenneth M. Wightman was named chief executive officer of Portland-based David Evans and Associates. Wightman succeeds founder vDave Evans, who will remain chairman of the board. With 35 years of engineering and surveying experience, Wightman is principal-in-charge for many of DEA's clients. The company's 850 staff work on transportation, land development, water resources and energy projects around the world.
